Return & Exchange Policy

At GLAIN Lifestyle Jewellery Trading LLC we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below.

To Return or Exchange a Product:

  • Please email us at mail@glainlifestyle.com or write to us on our platform with your order number and product codes within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • For assistance, you can call us at +971 54 288 5566 from Monday to Saturday between 12 PM and 7 PM.

Steps to Making a Return:

  • Inform Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide Proof: Before arranging for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video of the unpacking process.
  • Refund Process: We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as

1.    Store credit, valid for 6 months from the return date.

2.  Exchange immediately for the same item or any other item of same value or above, based on stock availability

Criteria for Return:

  • The items must be unused.
  • The packaging should include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • There should be no scratches or deformities on the product.
  • Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit/exchange refused.
  • Any jewellery not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.

Return Shipment Process:

  • To return your order, prepare the package and include the original invoice. Send us an e-mail or contact us via our platform.
  • A pick-up will be scheduled
